Description:
The MC101-36 Auto Door Controller is a low cost DC Servo Control System. Built with quality components and a safety control circuit, the MC101-36 offers reliable operation through a built-in over-load circuit and motor back electromotive force (BEMF) protection.
The MC101-36 is driven by professional servo software to control the position, speed, and acceleration in the process of opening and closing the door.
The controller can be applied to various door opening instruments and doors of different mass. In spite of the auto door's different inertia and resistance, the controller is capable of compensation to provide consistent performance of opening and closing operations.
The controller output provides 48V@4A to drive the DC brush motor and a current of 24V@1A. It can also adjust the speed of opening and closing operations as well as the holding time of the door. Time delay opening, force assisting closing, and intelligent opening of the door are all available.
